The official language of the Conference is English, although Italian and Spanish may also be used both in written texts and presentations.
Abstracts for paper proposals may be submitted in Italian, English, or Spanish.
Final papers must include the title, abstract, and keywords in English. The rest of the text should preferably be in English, although Spanish or Italian will also be accepted.
Oral presentations may be delivered in English, Spanish, or Italian. However, in order to facilitate understanding, it is recommended that slide texts be presented in English. The Conference will not provide simultaneous translation.
