To participate in the Conference, registration is required. To publish contributions in the Conference Proceedings, at least one of the authors must be registered.

No discounts or special rates are предусмотрены for participation in individual days or partial attendance of the Conference. On-site payments will not be accepted: all payments must be made within the deadlines established by the Conference (see Key Dates section).

For authors: it is recommended to complete registration immediately after the review process of their paper has been finalized.

For all participants, registration fees (early and standard) include:

• Attendance and participation in the Conference sessions
• Publication of the paper in the Conference Proceedings in DIGITAL FORMAT, with ISBN/ISSN, published in Open Access
• Official certificate of attendance (if applicable)
• Official certificate of oral presentation (if applicable)
• Official award certificate (if applicable)
• Coffee breaks and lunches on April 15 and 16, 2027
• Conference bag
• Visit on April 17 (any additional costs will be specified during the registration process)

These registration fees DO NOT include:

• Conference Proceedings in PRINT FORMAT, which must be paid for at the time of registration
• Gala Dinner, which must be paid for at the time of registration (subject to availability)
