To participate or to follow the conference FORTMED 2024 the registration is mandatory. At least one of the authors for each contribution must be registrated. This is mandatory to allow the publishing of each contribution. One registration is required for each participant to the conference. No reduced fees are foreseen for single day or partial participation to the conference.

For the authors: please consider to register immediatly after the completion of the peer review process of your paper.

The registration system will be activated from the 29th October 2023.

The registration platform for FORTMED 2024 International has a registration process based on three steps:

1 – Pre-registration

Access the online registration form you will find below. Once completed you will receive an e-mail confirming that you have successfully completed your pre-registration.

2- Payment

In the following 2-5 days you will receive an email with payment instructions, if you have not received it, check folder spam, and if it is not in that folder, please contact the Technical Secretariat: tirana@fortmed.eu.

3- Payment Confirmation

After you have completed your payment, please send a copy of your payment receipt to tirana@fortmed.eu (an electronic doc, or a scan/photo of the invoice will be ok) in this way you will receive a confirmation by email that your registration is succesfully completed.

*an accompaigning person/auditor can not be author or co-author of a paper or of a presentation.

Registration fees includes:

• Attendance to the conference sessions (keynote, oral presentations, roundtable,...)
• Guided tour on Saturday
• Publication with ISBN of the conference proceedings
• Official certificate of conference attendance. – Official certificate of oral presentation, if any.
• Official certificate of the award, if any.
• Coffee breaks, and lunches on 18th and 19th April 2024

Note: A limited number of discounted registrations are available for participants from developing countries who can demonstrate need. Please e-mail to  tirana@fortmed.eu to apply with an explanation of your need, before December 30th, 2023)

Refund Policy:

In the unlucky event of cancelling a partecipation, it is possible request a refund of the registration Fortmed 2024.
To receive a refund, FORTMED 2024 secretariat must receive written (e-mail  tirana@fortmed.eu) requests before 30th December 2023. Requests for refunds received later will not be eligible for a refund. For further information don’t hesitate to contact us at:tirana@fortmed.eu
