Registration for the Conference is required for each conference participant, while for the publication of one's contribution in the Conference Proceedings (but without participating in person) the registration of at least one of the authors is required.

There are no reductions or special rates for participants in single days or partial forms of the conference.

For authors: it is recommended to register immediately after completing the review process of your paper.

Registration costs include:

• participation in the conference sessions;
• volumes of conference proceedings with ISBN/ISSN;
• official certificate of participation in the Conference;
• official certificate of oral presentation (if due)
• official award certificate (if due);
• coffee breaks and lunches on 10th and 11th April 2025;
• conference bag and kit.

Early registration (until November 8, 2024):

Student (up to 30 years old)	180,00 €
Auditors*	160,00 €

Registration with normal fee (until 29 November 2024)**:

Full Participant	260,00 €
Members of the Scientific Committee	220,00 €
Student (up to 30 years old)	220,00 €
Auditors*	200,00 €

* Registration as an auditor (i.e. without presentation of a paper with either a single name or multiple names) does not include the volumes of the Conference Proceedings.

** Last date for payment of the normal registration fee and for having your paper published in the Conference Proceedings.

A Gala Dinner is scheduled for 11 April 2025, the specific location and cost of which will be communicated shortly..

Refund Policy:

In the unlucky event of cancelling a partecipation, it is possible request a refund of the registration Fortmed 2025.
