PAPER SUBMISSION

1) Basic information

The paper must include a title, keywords, and an abstract in English.
The rest of the paper can be presented in English, Italian or Spanish.
All papers must follow the conference Paper Template. The FORTMED2026_paper template can be downloaded from the following link:



Two types of paper will be accepted:

  • Full Paper: 5 to 8 pages, including images, endnotes and references.
  • Short paper: 4 pages, including images, endnotes and references.

2) For the drafting of the paper

When drafting their paper, authors are requested to adhere to the Manuscript Guidelines which can be downloaded from the following link:



In particular, for the drafting of the manuscript:

  1. Do not insert images on the first page;
  2. Insert images .jpg (CMYK) with resolution 300 dpi;
    • 1 column, 62.5 mm image. Wide;
    • Overall width (2 columns), 133 mm image;
  3. Do not insert footnotes. In case it is necessary, include final notes;
  4. Use the Paper Template for the References (ref. Harvard Style);
  5. Insert references in the text between parentheses with the surname and the year. Example (Coscollá, 2005) (Coscollá, 2005, pp. 20-21);
  6. Respect the general template setting strictly.

3) Paper delivery and review process

Papers will be sent by e-mail to:
fortmed2026@gmail.com

The e-mail must contain two attachments:

  • A complete Word file (.doc or .docx) - paper;
  • An Adobe Acrobat file (.pdf) without personal data - blind paper.

Files must be named with first author’s surname. In case of several papers with the same first author, use numbering (e.g. Rossi01; Rossi 02 etc). You can send attachments of up to 10 Mb in a single e-mail. If the documents take up more space, send them using a download link (Dropbox, Drive or similar) or via a file transfer service such as WeTransfer, Jumbo mail or similar, checking first that it has not access password.

The Scientific Committee will conduct a blind peer review, determining the acceptance or rejection of papers. In any case, the facts justifying exclusion or requests for modification will be sent for final approval.
All duly accepted papers will be published in the Conference proceedings with an ISBN, after paying the registration fee by at least one author.
Submissions received after the deadline may not be included in the Conference proceedings.
